Polished, Epoxy & Stained Concrete Floors in Regina
A finished concrete floor lasts decades with minimal upkeep, resists allergens and stains, and works in kitchens, basements, sunrooms and open living areas. We build them polished, epoxy-coated, stained or with a micro-topping overlay, always starting with a flat, sound slab. Every project includes a free written estimate and a firm completion date.

The foundation matters
What Makes a Concrete Floor Look Right
A polished, epoxy, stained or micro-topping finish is only as good as the slab beneath it. Uneven spots, old patches and surface irregularities show through any finish, so the concrete must be flat and sound before anything decorative happens.
That is where self-leveling underlayment comes in. We pour it over an uneven or damaged slab to bring the surface into tolerance, creating a smooth base for the finish coat. When radiant heating is part of the plan, heated floor underlayment encases the tubing in the same operation.
Once the slab is flat and ready, we can apply any finish: a mirror-bright polished concrete surface, a tough epoxy coating, rich stained concrete tones, or a thin micro-topping that refreshes tired concrete without demolition.
The sequence
How a Concrete Floor Gets Built in Regina
-
Inspect and plan
We examine the existing slab for moisture, damage, flatness and any old coatings, then recommend the finish and prep that fit the room and the concrete.
-
Prep the surface
We grind or shot-blast to remove old finishes and contaminants, fix cracks and damage, then pour self-leveling underlayment where the slab is out of spec.
-
Install the finish
We apply the chosen finish, polished, epoxy, stain or micro-topping, following the manufacturer system from primer through topcoat, building proper thickness.
-
Cure and handoff
The floor cures per spec, we walk through it with you, and you receive care instructions to keep the concrete looking new for years.
Finish selection
Choosing the Right Concrete Floor Finish
The room and your lifestyle guide the finish choice. A polished concrete floor brings brightness and durability to main living areas and basements, while an epoxy coating offers seamless, chemical-resistant protection for utility spaces and workshops.
For warmth and visual depth, stained concrete uses acid or water-based dyes to add colour to kitchens and sunrooms without grout lines. A micro-topping overlay is ideal when you want a fresh surface over sound but worn concrete, avoiding the cost and mess of a tear-out.

Concrete Floor FAQs for Regina Homeowners
Finishes, prep, cost and what concrete floors are like to live with in Regina.
Polished the whole main floor after a reno. It is bright, dead easy to clean, and the self-leveler they poured first means there is not a single high spot.
Epoxy floor in the basement utility room. Seamless, wipes clean, and they built it up in proper coats instead of one quick layer.
Stained the kitchen floor a warm brown. The colour has depth you do not get from tile, and there are no grout lines to scrub.
Micro-topping over an old cracked slab in the sunroom. New seamless surface for a fraction of a tear-out, and you cannot tell what was underneath.
